When I discovered Tapping in 2014, it was like seeing the world in a whole new way. I’d watch people, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and think, “You could tap on that.” The frustrated businessman on a call, he could tap on that. The terrified first-time flyer gripping the armrests, he could tap on that too. The anxious woman bouncing her leg in the waiting room, you guessed it, she could have tapped on that too. Time and again, I’ve seen EFT transform emotional intensity into calm, clarity, and confidence.
